High quality log house-style Villa Sunnes for even the most demanding taste is located on the Saariselkä southside, right below the arctic hill treeline. From the villa terrace you can observe the great view in every direction.
Three floors, on the ground floor you can find the garage and an area to upkeep your skis. Close to the city centre, 3 km. From the villa terrace you can observe the great view in every direction. Cross-country ski- tracks and a forested park area right beside the villa. Built in 2017. Size 260 m².
Entrance floor: 3 bedrooms, a spacious lobby, kitchen and a living area all together. Dining table fits 14 people. A big corner sofa and a warm fireplace. A 55” led-tv included. Another living area with a desk, convertible sofa and a another TV.
Spacious utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and two cabinet driers. Another entrance trough the utility room. Bathroom with a changing room and a another toilet. Two showers with rain-like faucets for a relaxing effect. Jacuzzi for two with colour-changing therapy-lights. Toilet right beside the main doors. Athmospheric soft heat-sauna fit for 12 people. From the windows there’s a great view of the arctic hill. You can cool down on the large terrace straight from the washroom.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms. East-wing bedroom 15 m² has a landscape-wallpaper with a fall foliage theme. North-side bedroom is 14 m² has a summer-theme. Down the hall is a roomy loft/living space with a 120 cm wide bed and a convertible sofa. A great space to sleep and lounge in. In the loft there’s also a TV and a lots of space for children to play in.
Ground floor: warm garage for 2 cars and and lots of space for skis, sleds etc.

Amazing Villa with tons of spaces and beautiful deco. We had an amazing vacation in Lapland and I'm sure the house played a central role in it.
Even with us being 9, because the house is so spacious, we didn't feel crowded or anything.
Looking forward to our next time in this place.

Todella toimiva ja ihana mökki myös isolle porukalle! Ainut miinus oli että astianpesukoneessa oli ( tällä viikolla) jotain vikaa eikä pessyt puhtaaksi. Näin iso porukka saa paljon tiskiä aikaiseksi. Muuten kaikki niin freessiä ja kaunista niin astiat kuin lakanat. Ja kauniisti sisustettu! Tulemme mielellään uudestaan!

Mökki ylitti toiveemme. Tilava, todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti hyvä. Meitä oli 10 henkilö, joista osa lapsia. Mökissä oli hyvä olla isolla porukalla. Soveltui loistavasti myös lapsille.

Villa Sunnes Kaunispään etelärinteellä oli täydellinen majoituskohde yhdeksälle hengelle. Sen tarjoama viihtyisyys, käytännöllisyys, mykistäva kauneus, tilavuus ja luxus ansaitsevat enemmän kuin täydet pisteet! Upeampia maisemia todella tilavan saunan lauteilta saa hakea ja hyvät vuoteet ensiluokkaisilla liinavaatteilla takasivat maittavat unet. Keittiö täydellisesti varusteltu, kuten myös kodinhoitohuone ja suksien huoltotilat. Kahden auton talli ja runsaasti parkkitilaa myös ulkona. Ihanat puitteet lomalle!
